I love it there and will get my business. They are true to there word about what is wrong with your car not like other Mechanics second guest the problem. Plus they will work with you on solving whatever problem you may have with your car and they do not over charge.
My experienence at aamco was a very good one and I would recommend aamco to my friend.
After leaving work last Friday night, my car started to smoke , I had to pull off US 19, across from the Rally's Auto two blocks from AAmco, I called Gustavo he picked my car up and had me back on the road by Monday, I love it! He saved me! If your having troubles with your car, better call AAmco!
I was taken care of in a decent amount of time and the price was just right for my budget.

THIS SHOP WAS FANTASTIC!! I was afraid to go back after a very bad experience in the past, but I heard there was a new owner, so I gave them one more shot....SO GLAD I DID! The technicians were very helpful and professional, and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it QUICKLY!! The guy behind the counter was very nice and helpful at explaining what my problems were and how much it would cost, then gave me a ride back home while they worked on my car! And then the actual cost was LESS than they quoted!!! I highly recommend this shop and the new owners!!! THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY!!!!
When I brought my car to AAMCO, they went above and beyond to make sure my car and I were taken care of! They were very diligent in explaining what was wrong with my vehicle, working with a dealership that couldn't find my extended warranty, and making sure I felt completely comfortable that the car was repaired and safe for me to drive. I will continue to use this company for all of my repairs and maintenance. I will also recommend them to everyone I know in St. Pete! Thank you AAMCO for caring so much!
I had a great experience with this shop. I had my car towed in here after it was making a very awful noise, Austin the manager was so helpful with the whole Process. After a quick diagnosis they got me back on the road in no time. The owner just so happened to be there when I arrived, what an awesome young man he was.

Austin looked at my car on Monday. He explained everything in detail with a price that was broken in parts and labor. By Tuesday afternoon my car was complete. The service and customer service was the best. Not to mention such a nice guy. I highly recommend AAMCO. Top notch service.

The customer service manager Austin Fields was extremely helpful. I came in without an appointment and he got me in. Got the work done quickly. They were upfront and knowledgeable about their work. They did a thorough check on my car. Helped me realize what was most important about what actually needed to be fixed and what was a priority so I can spread the repairs out over time. And taught me some things about my car that I didn’t even know. Overall they were honest got the work done in a timely manner and managed to work me into their busy schedule I have a 2003 Ford Taurus and they did a great job! I will definitely be back and will use them for anything in the future and would recommend them to anyone living in the St Pete area. Thanks Austin your the man!!!

HEADER: EXPERT TECHNICIAN Dear AAMCO, Near the end of 2025 I brought my black Honda Odyssey 2007 EX-L in to be diagnosed for an oil leak. You gave me a diagnosis of Leaky valve covers, front main seal, and oil pan, and stated my rear bank of spark plugs is losing compression and submersed in oil. I partly overhauled the engine myself. I did the front main seal it had a minor leak. It was actually the oil filter housing gasket right next to it causing major oil loss. You correctly stated I do not have a rear main seal leak; it was the VTEC solenoid gasket. You correctly diagnosed the valve covers and rings. My entire rear bank of spark plugs was indeed submersed in oil. I replaced those and all 6 coil packs. I also followed your recommendations to replace the timing belt, water pump, and tensioner, though they did not seem very worn. The vehicle was slightly out of time. Although I did not have the money to use AAMCO with the repairs or replacement of my 189,000 mile engine, I used your expertise to fix the problem myself, with dad. Thank you for your service. I will trust your company and its mechanics in the future and I recommend this location to all my friends and family! The car is running like a new car off the Honda lot so far! PS - AAMCO honored their warranty a different visit, when my Transmission Range Sensor (neutral safety switch) failed without any hassles or hidden charges with same day service. They found this original problem when my personal OBDII code scanner did not detect it. Excellent!
